Our Premium Fabric is a micro filament material which is so strong that it has the ability to deliver high levels of pressure.
With our Premium Fabric there is no need to double layer it due to it’s strength. This is beneficial as double layering traps heat and is heavyweight which causes garments to be uncomfortable. Our Premium Fabric’s texture is gentle on newly healed skin.
All TSL compression fabrics are independently tested in order to ensure that each garment is designed with the appropriate mmHg applied.
Premium Fabric is available in both Beige and Black with a choice of 16 coloured threads.
Premium Fabric has a silky finish on the interior aspect (right side of image) and many similar properties and uses to Primatex. It is lighter in weight and has been proven in testing to be able to maintain consistent compression.
